Damaged parcels

We take care to dispatch your order in safe secure packaging so that it arrives with you undamaged. If your goods arrive in damaged packing where ever possible indicate the damage to the carrier on delivery and take images of the damage. If the items within the package have been damaged please contact us within 2 days explaining your concerns.

Faulty Items

We take care to ensure that items are supplied in good working order. Any faulty items should be advised to us as soon as possible e-mail. We will advise you regarding returning the items for credit and/or replacement. Please do not return any faulty items prior to contacting us.

Damaged items

We take care to dispatch your order in packaging that allows the contents arrive in good condition. If your goods arrive and there is damage with any item please contact us explaining your concerns. We will respond with further details of how to return these goods. Please do not return any faulty/incorrect items prior to contacting us.

Incorrectly ordered items

If an item has been ordered incorrectly by you please contact us by telephone or e-mail on receipt and we will advise you regarding returning the items for credit. Please do not return any incorrectly ordered items prior to contacting us. We regret we are unable to accept return of any non-standard items made to specifications which were agreed with by you prior to production.

Incorrectly supplied items

If we have not supplied the items that you have ordered please contact us. We will arrange for replacements to be despatched immediately and advise you regarding the incorrect items.

General

All items returned for full credit must be returned with their original labels and packaging in a resalable condition. If the goods are returned are in an un-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse to credit the return. With any items returned in poor condition we will contact you to discuss the best resolution. All goods returned are at your own expense and risk except where the goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged.

How to Return Goods

Where goods have been authorised for return to us they should either be despatched securely by the carrier indicated by us or we will arrange collection from you.
